Ordered a hamburger with bacon swiss and barbeque sauce, the burger arrived with the works on it. Returned it to the kitchen and got it back very fast (the raked off the offensive parts) however they failed to get the onions off. Sent it back again, the kitchen manager I assume, came out apologized and then made me feel like I was lying about it. Said they would cook a fresh burger and comp the burger. I wasn’t after a free meal. Just what I ordered. Sat there for 20 minutes my husband finished and I ate my fries. The ticket came the burger still on the ticket and my plate. We just paid and left. There was no excuse for the sorry service by the kitchen manager. It was insulting and we will never eat there again. For certain.

Not sure why the ratings are so low here. I live nearby and have eaten here many times over two years. Never had a bad dish or bad service. Salad bar is always fresh and clean. This is a safe bet any time.
The dishes and glasses are terrible spots, spots, spots. The food is nothing special, same as you get at any Ruby Tuesday, I just can not go back until they get a new dishwasher.
