Love the service & food (and sake!). My hometown has the rare advantage of being a relatively small town with a very diverse population (thanks to Fort Rucker). Due to this, our Asian restaurants especially are generally above par. Especially the Korean and Japanese options. Saki has an unbelievably large selection of sushi and sashimi (and sake!) and I have yet to be disappointed. Their hibachi selections are not the best, I recommend Miyori for this (although their sushi is not as impressive). And I have always been extremely satisfied with their hospitality. Oh, and if you are a sushi n00b, try the red dragon maki… I’ve had out of town guests (including some who have been previously stationed in the far East) rave over & miss it!

Very plain sushi… Don’t expect anything much above what you can buy at a grocery store deli section. I had the cowboy roll and the spicy volcano and both were mediocre at best. Waitress was very nice and the miso soup was fine. Not worth the 20 bucks. Would have paid about 5-7 for the quality.

Not for sushi snobs!. Grocery store sushi is better than this! Hibachi items not bad.

Be careful with dishes to ensure they were washed. Bleach works! Also, the Japanese cook at the sushi bar is an extremely rude and appears he can’t stand Americans. With that bring said, I do not recommend this place. Stick with Miyori’s in Enterprise. It’s American friendly

This place has such potential, but falls short of a take out bullet proof laden order counter in Harlem. I don’t write reviews until I have tried the place at least three times. Service is arrogant, food is mediocre at best and the big screen tv’s take away from the small bit of atmosphere there is. Take the kids if you want to see a giant plastic dragon in the foyer. I went with my wife and two small children for lunch, ordered a normal lunch and the tab was over $70. Won’t be back.

Terrible Service. My boyfriend & I went for lunch & we sat for 10 minutes before asking what we wanted to drink by the same waitress that had passed by us several times. When we went to order, she interrupted me twice & got frustrated w/my very simple, sushi lunch choice. It was just under 30 minutes before we got our food. Our waitress, Yvonne, never replaced our silverware nor gave us chopsticks for our sushi. She didn’t ask if we needed anything else until our meal was almost over. She did fill up our water once & when she passed by one time, she slid some trays on the table for us to put our soy sauce in but still not asking how our food was or if we needed anything. My boyfriend was having a tough day & I thought going for sushi would make him feel better but after the way we were treated, he was very disappointed. We should have gone to Miyori.

Bland, Bland, Bland!. Wasn’t expecting much considering it’s in a small town, but this was even less my expectations. Decor and staff were very nice. The food was horrible. Udon broth had no flavor. Temupura shrimp roll was not a tempura shrimp surrounded by ingredients inside a roll, it was a steamed shrimp packed in with tempura crumbs. Yuck! Everything seemed drowned in tempura crumbs. House salad dressing was horrible. Honey Mustard in a Japanese Restaurant??? Really? How about a ginger based dressing or Wasabi or even a soy based would have been better than honey mustard.
