Well, we won’t be back. Let me say this up front: Bruce is awesome. Nothing against him personally. Service is at best inattentive and forgetful. More accurately, because my wife and I weren’t clumsily flirting with the servers, we didn’t get refills on water for about half an hour. When we weren’t trying to ignore the loud racists, we were being given other people’s food orders, having half-eaten plates of food taken from us, and getting 1.5-count (a 1.5-oz pour is a 3-count) pours of high-end spirits. Food was fine, but appetizer portions. Bruce is easily the best thing about this place. That, and leaving.

Seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper.21 May, 2015Barrel Burger. 80/20 ground chuck and thick cut bacon are ground up, seasoned, and portioned into 1/3 lb. patties. Has a slice of fontina cheese, served on a French bun with a smear of spicy mayo. You can get fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion as well. You get an order of potato chips that they do in house. Sliced and fried right in the back. Everything is fresh and made to order so it may take a bit but most definitely worth any wait there is. This place is doing it right.
