Not Pleased with Food and Prices. My wife and I have been going to Gelato Joes for over two years. Food has usually been good and service also. On 4-16 we went and ordered items we have had before. I had the Real Philly Cheese Steak and my wife ordered her favorite pasta dish. The waiter claimed he did not believe the pasta dish could be had the way she wanted it. She stated this order was nothing unusual she had it many times before. Waiter went and ask and sure enough it could be done. On the menu the Philly Sandwich came with fries, salad or soup for $12.00. I decided to have a bowl of navy bean soup instead of salad. Once the food arrived the bun for the philly steak was hard as a rock. Wifes order was as she ordered. Ticket came and I was charged extra for the bowl of soup. This place is know to nickel and dime the tab unless you pay close attention. This place will not service a glass of water. you must purchase a drink for pay for bottled water.Finally tired of all the of credit card machine problems (internet service for their card machine, not a phone line), up charges for nothing and forcing you to buy water. This was our last time to go to Gelato Joes.

Ezcellent is my review. Waitress was great, food was hot and tasty, kid friendly, enjoyed our evening there, coconut cake was yummy. Definitely would go back
Bad service. The cashier actually stole my wife’s lunch money. The owner offered no apologies and actually treated her like she was the theiff. Everyone will know about this my wife and I both know hundreds of people and they will all hear about this.
Insult to my taste buds. Terrible watery tasteless sauce with high prices,poor excuse for Italian food.
Love it, never leave disappointed, great food. Love this place, have never been disappointed. Desserts are awesome, and so is the food. Love their lasagna. I have never had a complaint here.
Waldorf Chicken Salad and Strawberry Salad. FABULOUS!!!!
