Went in at 6:45 in the morning, ordered our breakfast platters and waited 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t busy, they had confused employees running about behind the counter. No gloves! And then they came and told us there was no gravy. Seriously ? You actually can make gravy without the machine (former manager). This location is in dire desperate need of better employees and better managers for sure. Will not recommend and will not be returning!

My husband and I went for breakfast. People standing everywhere waiting for their food. Employees were totally confused….we waited over 30 minutes and some waited even longer. We went one more time 3 weeks later……no improvement. If anything, it was worse.
Foley Hardee’s was horrible!. We went to Hardee’s in Foley today and it was horrible. People were wanting everywhere for their food. One of the employees told the cashier to stop taking orders. Then people just stood there and waited. Then it looked like all but two went on break. A white guy was working and a black girl. i saw one give the wrong amout of change he tried to give it back she wouldn’t take it I saw employees pick up biscuits with their hands. This is uncalled for! I wish I had taked pictures.
Horrible Service. I was hoping the new location would have some better workers! When I walked up to the counter, the cashier walked off! She didn’t even say hello. We stood there for at least 10-15 minutes before she finally came back, acknowledged us, and took our order. The funny thing was… we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant! Then it took them 20-30 minutes to get us our food. If I would’ve known I was going to spend an hour getting my food, I would’ve gone to a regular restaurant. This is the slowest fast food place in Foley. The manager should be ashamed. I will never eat there again.
