Horrible experience. Signs on wall and window advertising Pretzel crust pizza. They informed us they were no longer offering it. We were very unhappy. But we did decide to get a different pizza. Nothing was ready. Told us it would be 10 minutes but took 20. Won’t be back.

THIS IS THE WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER. The 1st time I was there they had just opened there was a young Girl who was working the drive thru window and the front counter she had two crew people in the back the manager was just walking around and yelling at the crew in the back the girl up front kept saying how sorry she was for the wait and tried her hardest to get all the food to the people waiting with no help from the manager. I went back about a month and a half later same girl store is Packed to the hilt drive thru slammed same thing no help she running like a chicken with her head cut off bot time food was hot and very good. Now I went back 6 months later different lady had an attitude from HELL no type of customer service skills at all AT ALL I ask about the pretzel pizza her reply is yea we gots it and it gonna take an hour to make you want it I just turned around and walked out I have been a few time and the pizza sucks ass!!!! and the service is the worst who ever owens this place needs to FIRE THEM ALL And start over!!! I wouldn’t feed the pizza to my dog I don’t care if its 5.00 a frozen pizza is way better then this crap.

Great product Bad service. I work in the hospitality business and went to school for hospitality management. You don’t need a education to be hospitable. I walk in the door nobody was up there. I am not a impatient person I get that the cashier was probably in the back working but I was expecting sorry about that I was doing such and such. Then normally a person would say hey its ok I understand. Instead the way how I was approached like what you want? After having the experience of a personality dryer than the Sahara dessert. I got home and the pizza was only cut on the surface. It wasn’t cut deep at all so that out the icing on the cake. I don’t want a free anything just pull up the bad roots.

SERVICE IS AWFUL WHEN YOU SELL HOT & READY PIZZA’S THEY SHOULD BE HOT & READY !!!. The Service SUCKS !!! Tonight for the 4th time my husband has gone to purchase Hot & Ready Pepperoni Pizzas for our family . He have had to sit in line and wait for more than 30 minutes to get our food and is still currently in line . This is ridiculous they need to hire better staff who can do their jobs and actually have the Pizzas Hot & Ready as advertised . I personally went with my husband 2 weeks ago and had to stand in the store and wait for the pizzas to be made while 6 cars were in the drive through and 4 were lined up in front of the store waiting for their food. The woman behind the counter informed me that the night staff had failed to show up for work and so she and a couple of the day shift people had to stay and work over . They were dragging butt ,due to the fact they were mad that they had to stay and pull a double shift. Our family loves Little Cesar’s Pizza ,but if the service doesn’t improve we will be taking our business to Papa John’s or Pizza Hut !

Decent Pizza, Ready to Grab and Go. This store opened about a week ago without advance notice. Do not recall if I have ever had their pizza, but if I did it was probably back in the 1970s. It’s decent and acceptable, especially in an area where pizza places are few and far between, and the majority are national or regional chains, with a mere handful of independent pizzerias. The Deep Dish Pepperoni was generous on the cheese and meat, and the dough was adequate, but it lacked a crispy bottom crust. The prices are competitive, and one benefit is you can do a quick grab and go when you are rushed, as there are always some pies in a warmer. Got there around 5:00 p.m. and they were fairly busy. There is only carry out and they do not deliver. However this store and the adjacent Subway have a few sidewalk tables with chairs. If you want a truly excellent pizza, drive up the road a few blocks north on Hwy. 59 to Portabella’s, which has wonderful pizza, plus many other fine Italian specialties, and a classic tiramisu that will leave you wanting more.
