Rude, Slow service. The manager I asked to speak to was very rude when I told him my order was wrong, snatched my bag up and preceeded to tell the people cooking to remake my food that alone took another 10 min my fries were the same fries that were in the first bag I hate to say this but I will stick with hy 59
This place Sucks. I waited 15 minutes through the drive through before my order was taken, and still 8 minutes later there was still nobody wasmoving through the drive through. I left in frustration….This is the worst McDonald in Alabama….This McDonald SUCKS! SUCKS! SUCKS!
The WORST McDonald’s on the PLANET. Was so excited when this store went up. Convenient on the way home from Pensacola.Have NEVER got me or my family’s order correct, ever. Always have to pull up, always have to fix the order, excuse after excuse for this or that. A total embarassment to the McDonald’s Corporation.
Service sucks. The service SUCKS! 20 MIN for 1 chicken biscuit! What a F’n joke this place is.
Not going back. Waited 15 minutes on 2 double cheese burgers. One car in front of me trying to get the workers attention to let him know cars were backed up around the building. And all they ordered was a number 4 meal and a kids meal. Finally got my food. It was ice cold. So all I can say is thanks for putting trash can so close. Makes it easier to put their food were it goes
This McDonald’s is a total joke.. They have been in operation for about 2-years and still can’t get their act together. You never see the same face twice and they always put the dumbest employee at the cash register. You have to beg for salt, pepper, cream and sugar which makes ordering from someone who doesn’t know what keys on the cash register to push in the first place even more difficult. Other fast food places have these items on the counter for you to select. Go to the McDonald’s on Rt. 59 near downtown Foley for fast service without any hassle.
Service is ALWAYS slow, don’t pass out napkins, food is cold or never ready….always have to pull forward for simple orders. Not coming back
