I’ve visited quite a few Starbucks in varying states and fortunately each one has met my expectations. Nothing elaborate just my usual pastry and beverage (strawberry refresher, w/ mango sweetener). Satisfied customer.
Slow, inept service. It took two people taking out order in the drive-thru to completely mess up my order. We will never be back to this sorry excuse for a Starbucks…If .5 was a possible rating, it would have been chosen.
I have NEVER seen a Starbucks with such slow service and unhappy low energy staff. The staff talks among themselves rather than engaging the guests, dont keep the dining area clean and dont act as if they have a care in the world. Visit the location at Target instead or choose any corner gas station before putting yourself through the torture of stopping at this store!
