Very disappointed!! Came with 2 of our kids, 10 min before they asked for our drink order then another 10 before we got them. The man taking our order said he wasn’t our server but didn’t know where she was. Staff extremely rude and unprofessional.
Terrible service,terrible food. This is the second times we go there….the food come so late…appetizer come together with the main course…..and we ordered steak med come well done and cold……We never coming back to there……
Absolutely Horrible!. This has to be the worst restaurant in Gadsden. The food never comes out right, the servers are incompetent and rude, and the managers never come over to the tables to deal with problems. We’ve gone only twice and both times requested to speak to a manager (though we’ve done it at another restaurant), and waited 30 minutes before we just gave up and left. I don’t think I will ever go back!
Food is bland, service is terrible.
I love their menu, however the service at this location leaves much to be desired. The staff is rude,inefficient,slow,and it appears that they are incompetent as well.
Plain jane. This apple bees is just like every other plane jane apples around. and at night they have a bar crowd… a rude, loud, annoying bar crowd.
