Crusty Nuts. Worse dining experience EVER!!! It took the hostess 15 minutes to seat our party of 7 with PLENTY of empty tables, this was the smallest of issues we would have that evening. Once seated a very nervous server came to the table. Not a problem, yet. It took her a while to get our drink order correct and not having anything for a small child to drink other than carbonated or caffinated drinks was out of the question. She brought out our drinks and took the food order. She left the table to bring back the rolls and WET plates. We knew she saw the plates but still tried to serve us those. Another memeber of the party spoke up and said we would require other plates in which she brings us DIRTY plates. Considering the quality of service so far one member went to go speak to the manager and to pay for our drinks because we were not going to eat off of such and the thought of even being expected to was disgusting.The gentlemen found the manager running expo and VERY UNAPOLOGETIC about our evening. Hmmmmmm. It was apparent they were understaffed and what staff was avaliable were either improperly trained or did not take an ounce of concern about customer satisfaction. Heres the problem…..If you want to charge a customer 27.00 for a steak then step up your service.
Please train your staff. Management probably needs training too.
Food Good – Service Lousy. I dined here on a Saturday evening, but it was late–the restaurant was still crowded. They tried to encourage me to eat at the bar since I was dining alone, but I opted to wait. My steak was delivered before my salad was delivered. I sent it back and asked for my salad, which was basically some lettuce thrown in a bowl–server could not be bothered with putting it together for a table of one–at least that is how I felt. Eventually the steak was returned. If it were my restaurant and this happened, the diner would receive a new steakk–but I got the same one back that had been sitting under the heat lamps for a while now. The taste of the steak was good… service was horrible.
Great place for dinner with the kiddos. Where else can you have two steaks, feed three kids and still get out under $40 with a good tip?
Good food at a good value. I work there and love to eat there as well.
I eat here often. The service varies but is usually pretty good. Food is consistent and the 2 for 13.99 is a Good deal
We were in town for the weekend for the races at Talladega. Stopped at Logan’s for late lunch. Service was great and food was also great.
