I have been to this location in Gardendale several times. The food is good but the device is horrible I WILL NOT ever again tell anyone to eat their! My family walked in at 740 on the Tuesday night all you can eat and was told that they WILL NOT make anything else for the buffet it later came to my attention that the VERY RUDE lady behind the counter was the OWNER. This isn’t the first second or third time she has been RUDE. She isn’t very pleasant. I have no idea how she has even kept this business. I do not recommend to eat here nor will I EVER go back. The only people that gives good customer service is the elderly man and the young girl and they are awesome. Y’all should teach the owner customer service

Yummy. Love the pizza
Yummy!!. I ate there pizza there before ‘GOOD’ – roast beef sandwich whole with cheese ‘GOOD’ lol, great experience at the Gardendale location..Cullman sucks!! the company ordered cinnamon roll things but for some odd reason they were drenched in butter which made it very salty, GROSS!!BUT GARDENDALE IS ON POINT!!
The pizza left a lot to be desired. Firstly, I will say that I enjoyed the local feel. I think the only reason I would EVER consider returning is to support the old man behind the counter. It would not be for the food at all. The crust is straight out of the plastic wrapper. As another commenter said, I have had much better frozen pizza from the grocery than this. The lunch buffet had only one-topping pizzas, all with very processed looking toppings sparsely spread over the cheese. You were lucky to get a whole piece of pepperoni on a slice of pizza. The cheese was no better than the crust or toppings. There was absolutely no effort made. The salad bar was equally pitiful. They opened a bag of lettuce from the grocery store and dumped it into the bowl, and did the same with a few toppings and salad dressings. There was no effort put into ANYTHING going into your mouth. It wasn’t even worth the $6 price tag. You can eat pizza hut lunch buffet for the same price, right up the road, and it blows their pizza out of the water (though still not great pizza)
Good Things Come to Those Who Wait. The food was good, especially their buttery garlic bread. Pizza was about average, but sliced into squares which is something that I really like (just a personal preference). However, the service was slooooow. If you want somewhere to hang out and talk, it’s a good place; there are both booths and tables, and each table has a t.v. set. There’s also a jukebox and a couple of game machines. If you’re on your lunch break or are in a hurry to get somewhere, I suggest you call in your order and do the drive-thru pick up window instead.
Ham and cheese = wonderful.
