Not bad but just ok. Fried shrimp and crab claws were good. Slaw tasted like it was from a grocery store, gumbo was just ok there’s a lot in other area restaurants. The fries were probably the worst fries I ever tried, took one bit and spit it out! Has some very strange coating on them. Service however was very good.
Service was slow, food was WAY overpriced ($22 for a piece of grouper that was the size and thickness for a kid’s sandwich and a side of frozen mixed veggies). The oysters Rockefeller were ok (canned mushroom, cheese mostly melted). Won’t be back, ever.
Return visits planned. Friendly place customers, staff, and the boss. Fine oysters and chicken wings .. a top notch bar and grill.
We had a great meal, friendly service and fun entrainment. Very family friendly. We would have no problems with eating there again!
Very Good Food and Music. We met some local friends at HHOB while on vacation in GS and had a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend the oysters and the seafood platter. The food was very fresh and cooked to perfection. In addition they also had a live band with a good variety of music. Nice place off the beaten path.
We were there for 1 hour and 40 minutes…the service was TERRIBLE!! The grouper florentine was ok/good, the bisque was cold and the salad was wilted and brown.
This place used to be good, oh how the times have changed. Seriously don’t even consider eating here. Service is below awful. Salad is wilted and garbage. Just avoid this place like the plague. Trust me, I’m a local.
