Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Slow, food is hit or miss on if made right and icee machine is not working/defrosting what seems like half the time we come here. There definitely needs to be some better management of this BK.
This is the slowest most unorganized Burger King I’ve been to. Food is marginal at best. Buns are stale and dry. Be ready to wait 20 min in line if it is a little busy, they seem to be under staffed.
Lacking customer service, Very slow service, Not very clean. This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been in. I’m not a huge fan of BK any way, but the husband likes it and it’s a cheap place to get some lunch for him while at Gulf Shores. Food is routinely cold or order is wrong, employees lack basic customer service requirements and can often be found talking to one another instead of taking orders quickly which leads to customers backing up. Tables, floors and trays are left cluttered and unclean. Just a no go all around. Sadly, other than McDonald’s (which my husband won’t eat) and Arby’s (which husband doesn’t over like and is rather pricey) there’s no other fast food place to grab a quick burger for lunch.
