For the last 11 years, China Dragon has been our go-to for Chinese dinner takeout. It is small and has 3-4 tables but their primary business is takeout or delivery. I have never sat down to eat there. Our regular orders are the Fried Dumplings, Singapore Noodles with extra bean sprouts and spicy Cashew Chicken. Their fried handmade dumplings, though not great to look at, are always awesome with the sweet & tangy dipping sauce. The portion of Singapore noodles serve as both dinner and lunch for work next day. My husband loves their cashew chicken. I’m also very fond of Mr. Hao Fu’s roasted duck. I get a whole one every few months to debone its meat & make Roasted Duck Tacos with julienned cucumbers, green onion sprigs & hoisin sauce.
Best in gulf shores. Best place in gulf shores for Chinese. small dining area though and they need to get the hottie back that worked there so long
Horrible. I called and placed an order. As soon as I gave them my credit card information they just hung up and I never got my food. Don’t order from there!
General Tso’s Chicken. Comes out piping hot and so delicious. they have the best rice , egg rolls and hot and sour soup! so worth the drive from foley.
Fantastic!. Not sure I want to eat at my local Chinese restaurant ever again it can’t compare to China Dragon! We will eat here 3-4 times every time we come to the beach! The food is hot and delicious and you can’t go wrong.
LOVE THIS PLACE!. The food here has always been good. We have ordered take out delivery for over 4 years here, usually at lunch. I love the shrimp w/lobster sauce. They give you a huge amount of rice and lots of large shrimp. I always ask to substitute the mushrooms for more broccoli and they are so great about it. And the sweet tea there is to die for! It is so good. I’m not sure what they put in it to make it so good. And it amazes me how they always get your order right.
Like most unknown Chinese restaurants, I am going to say dishes are hit and miss depending on your taste. I did not care for the fried rice or the hot and sour soup, but did enjoy the beef and broccoli and lo mein.
