We had just gone on a four hour deep sea fising trip and were starving! Literally I was thinking about going by taco bell. This place looked decent and was right across the street from the beach. Just looking for a fast bite, we stopped here. Decor upon entering was dated, we asked to sit outside. The chairs looked liked they were from the 80’s and sank when we sat down. Once we ordered drinks the server/bartender (wasn’t sure which one he was) rang in my drink wrong. Food…..was decent. Had a burger and my boy friend had the mahi tacos. It was okay. I was so hungry. Went to pay and our server/bartender who was the hostess too, took our bill and we left.All in all, I wouldn’t go back. Needs major updating and staff+food overhaul.
Great atmosphere and good food. Yummy gumbo and delicious hush puppies. Be sure to stop in, like dining in an aquarium. You will enjoy and won’t be disappointed.
Food was excellent. The biggest problem was the managing up front. We were told 25 minute wait but had to wait 90 minutes. Kitchen was under staffed so half of the restaurant could not be seated. Lack of communication by staff at up front.
Service very very nice but a little slow. Shrimp Ya-Ya great. Get the rice on the side and add butter to it. Enough for two. Buffolo shrimp good. Shrimp & sausage gumbo very good.
Good local place. Wonderful local dive. Bar is good, although they couldn’t do a mojito. Out of the mix I believe. Cheese fries for and appetizer are very good. Large portion with a good amount of cheese. Came with 2 cups of ranch sauce. Nice touch. The spicy rib eye medium rare is a very good choice. Yes a little extra fat on the cut but hey, go over to some of the Steak houses and pay twice as much. The taste will be no better. Enjoy.
Great lunch deal!. Great lunch deal for $7.99 includes tea. Ate in outside dining area. Great view of the beach. I would ask for no seasoning on shrimp , if that is your preference. Good food, good view. My new Gulf Shores favorite restaurant!
Pretty Cool Little Spot. We came in and we were served immediately- awesome drink special and drinks were good. See Chris if you are getting drinks! Happy we stopped through!
