  OMG Terrible!!!!. Walked in, sat down & the place is so tiny I felt like I was sitting in a closet. Place had several people there but after waiting 20 minutes & no waitress coming to our table, we got up & left. Will not recommend Hooters in Gulf Shores to anyone

  Was really excited to take my brother to his very first hooters experience. Went to the gulf shores location thinking it would be good because it’s on the beach, I was WRONG!! It was far beyond disappointing. Waitress was disappointing in looks and enthusiasm. She wore a zip-up pajama outfit (not the usual hooters uniform) we asked her about the sauces and she didn’t seem like she wanted to bother with our questions. She wasn’t sweet, didn’t smile or try to make the experience enjoyable even after I told her this was his first hooters experience. Had to walk to the bar for a drink refill. Maximum of four tables but it took 30 minutes for our food to come out. Fried pickles were limp, cold, greasy and over salted. Burger was comparable to sonic and they ignored our request for bacon on it. Tv’s are busted by the door. They don’t use the zip-line for orders she just walked them to the cooks who kept walking in the back for some reason. Had to ask about bootees t-shirts twice before waitress socializing at the bar would get a shirt for us. Overall this was the absolute most disappointing and sad experience for us both. Didn’t even get the hooters charm. Will not be going back to the gulf shores location! Spend the gas and drive to the daphne location which is charming, the girls are friendly and very helpful and don’t mind making a special visit for a first timer.

  Service and management are excellent. Went up and beyond the call of duty to make our night in gulf shores awesome! Thanks! Food was hot and yum!
