Exceeded my expectations! We were very complicated with our orders and waitress was very nice and accommodated us. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying.
Extremely crappy service.. Waited 40 minutes to get our drinks, waited 1 and a half for our food. Had 4 different servers. Don’t go here.
Best western. The alligator sausage breakfast is amazing the view of the beach and the big rock waterfall is great you would have never thought this place would have it all it was a great night the hot tubs are very hot and the inside pool is perfect for winter time the beds are the most comfortable hotel beds ever an has big tvs thanks to the owners an staff for a wonderful time

Heed the Warnings!. Since there are very few breakfast options along the beach, we decided to give the Island Pancake House a chance since it was a short walk from our condo. We definitely should have heeded previous reviewers warnings. The restaurant is very poorly managed. Groups of two were seated at tables for six. Our group of five was crowded at a table for four. The wait staff did not seem to have an area, because three different staffers took orders around us. The service was VERY slow. We waited long periods for our order to be taken, for our food to come and for our check. Our overpriced food was mediocre at best…eggs and omelet okay, biscuits and gravy very salty, waffles cold and over done. No one was manning the check-out register and we literally waited in a line for about 10 minutes to pay our bill. A manager was no where to be found. Don’t waste your time or your money at the Island Pancake House.
Rude & Overpriced. Worst service ever. Rude. Way overpriced for mediocre food.
Highly disappointed.. The food tastes pretty good and you have a great view, but the menu is overpriced for the quality and the service is absolutely terrible. We will not be returning and suggest the same for other vacationers.
