Very rude management and staff. Our food was cold and we will not be back.
They welcome us like family. We go here all the time. everyone knows us by name and when they see our vehicle pull in they start making my son’s favorite pizza so it’s ready by the time our drinks hit the table. Chris is our favorite server, he’s just great. I can’t say enough great things about this place. They always make us feel like we’re dining with family.
Had the lunch buffet, our server William was very attentive, asked if we had any requests for types of pizza on the buffet and what we asked for was on the buffet by the time we finished our salads. William kept our drinks refilled and the whole staff was very friendly. Good assortment of pizza, pasta and nice selection of veggies on the salad bar.
Dare you to order a pizza with more than two toppings and any side with any kind of request and actually think it will be right. Took 31 min to place a delivery order and pay with two credit cards, had to go through 3 different people! Seriously… No hold time here… 31 min! Then the dang pizza didn’t even have pepperioni on it like I ordered, only sausage!
Plenty of other pizza places in Gulf Shores. One time my food arrived cold and another time they sent me the wrong pizza. I order my pizza from other businesses in Gulf Shores now, they get my order right.
Great!. I am a gulf shores local and my son and i go here once a week. we go in on buffet night which is Tuesday night. kids 10 and under eat free on Tuesday which is great. the food is always super hot and fresh and if you want a special kind of pizza they put it in right away for you. they keep your drinks full and are very personable. our server is amazing and the manager is really nice too.
This Pizza Hut had the worst pizza that my family and I have ever had. We wanted something quick/cheap and thought that this would be like any other Pizza Hut pizza. We were wrong. The pizza lacked sauce, toppings, and taste. The crust was hard and dry. The service was inadequate also. We waited at the drive through window for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged (and a man sat at the computer on the phone without looking up). All in all, this was the worst chain pizza that we’ve ever had and wouldn’t recommend this pizza to anyone in Gulf Shores.
