I needed a quality gift in a hurry and the lovely ladies there helped me make a good selection. After sampling, I decided I needed some rum cake to take home, and a chocolate croissant – YUM!
Wonderful Baked Goods. A lovely addition to an area where great bakeries are as scarce as hen’s teeth. They specialize in rum cakes, but also offer a variety of other baked items, such as cookies. The two I had were excellent. Got there near the 4:00 p.m. closing time and the shelves were close to bare. Understand pickings are pretty slim after lunch, so you have to be an early bird to get your choice of goodies. They are in the same strip mall as Amelia’s Deli and the now defunct Big O’s Grille. Hope they are wildly successful.
