Stood at the door waiting to be seated as wait staff passed without saying a word. Hunted down hostess and was told there would be a 10 minute wait.Hardly anyone in the restaurant and tables were open throughout the restaurant. No excuse for wait time.Staff would benefit from customer service classes. Restaurant will definitely fail if management doesn’t change current attitudes.

It is very cold in the restaurant. The service is terrible and they take almost a hour to bring your food to the table. When your food is finally brought to the table is is not hot or warm. This restaurant needs to do better.

I don’t think I have ever been to such a bad place. Me and my brother up until this point were somewhat regular at this location. However, repeatedly there was always some kind of issue. However, on 10/30/2016, it got worse. It ended with credit card fraud. The first thing that happened, is we realized the waiter had a bit of an attitude, because it was after the Magic City Classic, and they were out of some items. Then we ordered our drinks and appetizer. We both ordered Diet Pepsi, and that ended up tasting not like Pepsi, carbonation, but like chemicals. We then ask if we can swap to Unsweet Tea, both of us. The waiter was in a tiff, but said sure, no prob. Then he brought Sweet Tea. I’m diabetic, and can’t have it. So we remind him, we said Unsweet Tea. Both of us. Pretty clearly. So we finally got that.We got our appetizer, and it was ok. Then we ordered food. We didn’t do a whole lot of customization in what we ordered. However, I found that the prime rib enchelada had dry/overcooked prime rib. It was also a bit cold. I ate it anyway, like a dummy, and ended up sick the whole night. When it came time to pay up, the guy waiting on us got in a tiff again when my brother wanted to use a gift card that his employer gave him. Seriously. The money is still there. It gets worse. He gets in a tiff over splitting the check. The Ziosk gadget was messed up for our table. So we finally pay up, and he tries to hover/look over my shoulder. At that time we have had ENOUGH. This same waiter had delivered undercooked chicken crispers to our table once before, when we brought our parents there for old times sake. This guy ruined the experience then, and did it again that night. He earned himself a $0.02 tip, because we didn’t want to waste our time because the manager was sitting at a table socializing, goofing off – not paying attention to the YELLING in the back line and loud laughing.Fast-forward to today, I’m reconciling my bills/statements, and I realize, surprise, the total on my credit card is NOT the same as what was on my receipt. $15.02 + $0.02 = $15.04, not $17.02. He didn’t think I would notice.IT GETS WORSE! We called today, and asked for the manager. A lady said she was. Halfway through the call, she puts us on hold, and kicks us to the ACTUAL store manager on the receipt! After being cut off multiple times on the call, with him treating me as if I didn’t give him the info he asked for (provided once to the first person, twice to him), he said he would call me back. During the course of this, he basically said that if I go to the police, he won’t help. Really? Then he expressed the possibility that such an employee could continue to be employed. Seriously? I reported this to corp, via social media. The store had the original post deleted (with my proof), but that’s ok. It doesn’t mean I will go away. I don’t care if it was $2 or $200, that crap is fraud, and it cannot be allowed to stand. This has led me to say, I will never be back, unless both that waiter and that manager are no longer there going forward. That might be a LONG time, judging by how many complaints about other Chili’s stores I see out there.

Not a Very Good Experience. Having worked in the restaurant business, I’m not one to write a bad review because mistakes happen. However, my experience had many mistakes that could have been avoided. My boyfriend and I went to Chili’s after my graduation, so it was around 9:00 when we got there. We quickly got our table and drinks and the restaurant was not very crowded. However, the quality of the service began to decrease as time went on. We ordered the fajita platter with steak and shrimp but received steak and chicken, which was fine because it was supposed to be cheaper than the shrimp. Our waitress made it clear that she was busy by telling us to order dessert from the digital menu screen that was provided instead of actually taking our order. Therefore, we didn’t get our dessert until about 10:40. The table behind us, which had been empty for a good 45 minutes, still had the previous customers dishes and trash. We got our check 15 minutes before the restaurant closed (so at 10:45) but the waitress never came back to collect our money so we ended up having to leave it on the table. She did actually walk by our table several times while in the process of serving another table. We ended up being charged for the fajita trio, which we did not order and which happened to be about $17. We were also charged $2 for the games on the kiosk which we were told were free. Being broke teenagers, an almost $30 appetizer and dessert combo was way too much. We ended up leaving without complaining because it was 11:00 at night and we were beyond tired. So, 2 hours of not very good service and high prices. Don’t go here unless you plan on getting the same results as we did.

I can’t believe that this restaurant is still open! This location has been so bad for so long I am amazed it is still in business. I wish they would just close it and open something else up. Avoid at all costs!!

Terrible. Took half an hour to get someone to take our order and over an hour to get the food. When we finally got the food, two orders were wrong. Another half an hour wait. Asked to see the manager and was promised he would come to the table but he never bothered. Table was bit even wiped clean. I can’t even give this restaurant a single star.

Omg.. where do I begin…..The hostess didnt acknowledge Me and my family..neither did she acknowledge three other group’s. Every family group left except for mine. The only reason why is because we were extremely hungry. I had to speak up to get her attention. Once I was sitted, they nevershowed up to my table. I had to flag down a random waitress. I placed all if my drinks, alcohol beverages, appetizer, dessert and meal all in one so it wouldnt take anymore time. They were really reallyslow.20 mins later. I received my drinks but with no straws 35 to 40. mins later i finally got my appetizer. My appetizer was warm. At this point i wanted to leave. I got my food cut down on the desert. Asked for a check and my waitress took forever to get my payment. Actually got out of my seat and had to walk over to pay for my meal. Cooperate needs to step in Head First.
