The best Chinese food in Birmingham. Most delicious fried rice and egg rolls I’ve ever had, no contest. Been coming here for many years, and will travel great distances to have it.
My family and I love the food here, but apparently the menu on here is not up to date price wise. This needs to be updated. No other complaints apart from that though.
Easily the best Chinese food in Birmingham. I have not been disappointed by anything that I have ordered. The general tso’s chicken and Mongolian beef is amazing. Very generous portions.
Overall very disappointed. I ordered over the phone for pickup and was told it would be 20 minutes. I drove out there and arrived 20 minutes later. The line was out the door and only one person at the register. I stood in line for 35 minutes (NOT EXAGGERATING) to pay and pick up my order. I honestly watched my food sit on the counter for 25 minutes getting cold while I waited to pay. When I got home, they had forgot my crab rangoons and when I called to get a refund on my credit card, they told me to drive back out there for any refunds. Honestly the food wasn’t good and there is no way I was going to drive back out and waste more gas on crappy Chinese food. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Not happy at all and will not be eating there again…
Won’t be going back. I really wanted to like this place because it is one of the few places that supposedly doesn’t use MSG and is fairly close to our house. Unfortunately, it was terrible. My husband got there when the food was supposed to be ready and waited forty five minutes to be rung up all the while staring at our order sitting on the counter. The man at the register was doing everything but ringing up the people in line to pick up their order including sweeping the floor. Our order was incomplete and the moo goo gai pan was not good at all. It had a bunch of lettuce instead of the veggies that are usually in this dish. Definitely will not go back.
Poor Service!. For years I Have been eating here. But now I am sick of the rude man who takes the orders. He doesn’t care about the people, he only cares about the transaction! Today he just ignored me to continue what he was doing before he took my order, o ya he did not take my order. I thought he was going to take my order, but he continued to restock the drink cooler. I know the food is good, but it’s not worth this service. This is not the first time, there has been many times of poor service. I know some of you has experienced the same type of service. It will be a long time before I go back.
