I LOVE this place! The owner is super sweet and is always there to welcome you. He carters the cookies for one of my yearly parties and always helps me out to my car. The cheese straws are a must! Cookies are fabulous as well.
I cannot say enough good things about IOTC. Shelby and his team are responsive, quick, flexible and create delicious cookies. We sent thousands of cookies to various clients as holiday gifts using different logos for each. We had many last minute changes; they navigated our crazy orders without seeming annoyed and got everything out the door on time. FWIW, this is the first review I’ve written ever– I felt THAT compelled to compliment them.

Best Cookies Ever!. IOTC is the ultimate destination for that BIG (not little) something sweet! I always think of them when I want to give a special gift to someone or when I want to grab a treat for my husband. The cookies and sweets are simply perfect for any occasion. I often order the iced cookies in various patterns for special events. I’ve always been impressed with the attention to detail and the ease of ordering and pick-up. IOTC is wonderful and you all would do well to give it a try…
Always a treat!. I no longer live in Birmingham, but I still order these cookies and they ship them right to me. They make it really easy, and they are perfect every time. The decorative iced cookie is my personal favorite but the ginger is a close second. Highly recommend.
