Today’s visit, two people in front if me, many employees but left after 10 minutes in line. They just can’t Figure it out. Hello Chic-fil-A. Now there is a place that understands a lunch hour.
Painfully slow delivery. Whoever owns this franchise location needs to have the entire staff retrained or hire others who understand the logistics of running a restaurant. I regularly visit several McAlister’s and I’ve never seen the chaos I found at this one. I placed a to go order in hopes of getting some lunch and doing something other than sit in a restaurant during my break. However, despite having very few customers in front of me, the beef and cheddar panini I ordered took 38 minutes and 3 conversations with mangement to obtain. I apparently wasn’t the only one waiting, as I saw a manager handing out coupons for free cookies and sandwiches to several customers. I wanted to leave so badly but the $10 I had invested in the sandwich and drink kept me waiting. The good news is that next time I’ll know better.
