Awesome place to eat! Eating here for many many years. Had a mail route with this restaurant on it, you can’t beat it. Great pizza , great salad ,great beer! Can’t go wrong here
Do not eat here!! The pizza was uncooked and there is too much sauce. The garlic cheese bread was bland and the whole thing was overpriced. Save your time and money and do not eat here!!
I really like this place I probably come here at least once a month. I’ve never come at a busy time (college student schedule) so the service has always been great. I really think the people that work here love it so it’s got a positive vibe. If they had wifi I would chill here all day.
As a long time resident of Homewood I have eaten here for years, however this place has changed. The service is spotty, and the pizza sauce seems to be getting sweeter, which to me is not good.

Pissed off. Oh my god!!!! I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for 10 years. We order a lot of deliveries and sometimes the food is hot and sometimes not. Tonight we ordered at 5:20, one small pizza and a sub. At 6:20 I called to check on our order. I was told it was on its way. 7:00. Call again. I ask to speak to the manager and was put on hold. The food arrived during my hold time and it was ice cold. The OWNER got on the phone and I told him my story. He had the scum nerve to tell me not to order food from them again!!!!! REALLY???? You own the place?????? I never thought I would say this about New York Pizza but the food is not that fantastic and the attitude you get is so not worth it!! Davenports in Mountain Brook, Giuseppe’s in south side and Devincies in homewood. Much better and you will get respect!!!! I hope Nyp fails!
