The service was TERRIBLE to the e. Me and my girlfriend went to this restaurant twice and both times we where mot able to get seated on a non busy day. The first time no one was at the door to greet us and we stood at the door for 5 minutes no one came. The second time we walked in someone greeted us but said there was a wait on a non busy day, the parking lot was not packed at all around 2pm. It sad because we know o’charleys has good food but the severs there really make you not want to eat there at all. I don’t know what it is but they really need to improve on that customer service is everything in restaurants and retail and if you can’t provide that you will not be successful and people won’t recommend going there and I don’t recommend going at all!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. The waitress was not attentive, I did not receive one refill nor did my son. When I would attempt to ask for anything she would show attitude. I absolutely love O’Charleys, but this location is by far the absolute worst. You’d be better off going to Milo’s I hear they are pretty nice.
Bad service and food. December 27, 2014 went to O’Charley’s to eat. Ordered potatoe soup and shrimp scampi and tea. first of all the restaurant was relatively empty but we had a hard time being seated because ther were no servers. Some of the customers figured it out and left I waited. Finally seated after 45 minutes. After placing the order I received some watery teA and cold rolls. Returned tea for lemonade. This I onlfy tolerated. The cheese potatoe soup finally came. The potatoes were virtually not cooked. I returned, my scampi seemed as it was poured from a can. My mother ordered only potator soup, it was not eatable. She ordered catfish a dinner. The slaw was sour,hush puppies to hard to eat. I have been a customer at this place for years. Every since it was built. The service has never been this poor. The chefs are awful. Spoke with the manager. I let him know that I was not looking for charity . I paid for my meal but it was unfair. I had to pay 31.00 there a d I enjoyed a nice meal at PF Chang for 53.00. This is bad business. Tjhis location will not be around long. I can feel itThanks, Johnnette
Not a recommended dining experience. Tonight we want to o Charlie’s for dinner. Very disappointed. The service was terrible. My wife ordered wine from the happy hour menu and it never came in about 20 minutes she ask about it and the bartender supposedly forgot. The steak I ordered medium had it was fried crispy black on top side. When the bill came instead of the 3.00 happy hour wine we ordered they charged 6.99. By the time she got the wine the meal arrived that was basically a waste. We have eaten at o charley before but never at this one Just a horrible experience totally
Really bad service. I’m not going back there. I walked in around 2:00 pm on a weekday, and had to wait to be seated. then had to wait longer on food, had to ask for a refill on drink. They the table staying dirty after check out. I had to eat my food with a dirty table nearby.
Just Plain Terrible. Just left this restaurant, service was awful, the margarita I ordered was awful, the rolls were tasteless, my entree was just ok. I stopped going to O’Charley’s over a year ago…now I remember why. I will not be returning – ever.
