Great restaurant! Try the S…. Great restaurant!Try the Seasonal Prix Fixe Classics for reasonably priced meals. Steak and scallop dishes both excellent. Cream brle best ever.
How can a steak house not know how to cook a burger medium? No pink… None
Doing things right. The service Barbara extended was excellent.The steaks were cooked to perfection. The wine reccomendation was spot on. Medium rare filets, sweet potatoes, spinach au gratin and a bottle of Migration pinot noir shared with my lovely wife made for a night to remember. Thanks Barbara.
Great ahi salad. The seared ahi tuna salad is amazing. It’s not a traditional salad with ahi tuna, but a semi-complex work of food art. The fried oysters are wonderful as well.
WONDERFUL!. It’s been several years since we dined at Ruth’s Chris. We celebrated a birthday last night and I was a little nervous, after reading some of these reviews. I don’t know what these people are thinking. Everything was wonderful, could not have been better. Our server was Mitchell and he was friendly, helpful and he KNOWS his steaks and wine. The salads were perfect, steaks sizzling and perfectly cooked. The sides he suggested were just enough and delightful. Wine excellent. Atmosphere beautiful and quiet. Yes it is pricey but for a special occasion, it is a truly special meal. There is no steak house in Bham that compares. Thank you Ruth’s Chris!
These people that have written bad reviews about this place must be off there meds. I’ve had steaks from every area of the country and this has always been the best.
