Awful Service!. AWFUL SERVICE. The food is alright, but I called with an issue about my order and the lady was extremely rude and told me it was my fault. Horrible customer service.

Great Food! AWFUL SERVICE.We had a delivery order brought to the job, the delivery lady always demand a tip. The order was wrong….brought my friend the wrong soup with no noodles. No refunds, no coming back to make it correct and no credit.

The food is greasy over priced and they have the worst customer service any restaurant I’ve ever been to. On two separate occasions they have left out a whole order of food togo. Not to mention I’ve noticed open beer bottles in the back were the cooks are!!!! This place needs to get their act together.

Quick Service, Good food, overpriced. I will start this by saying I worked for the Yoe Express in Hoover, off of Lorna road after I graduated High School. The food at that location was great, the chef, Jett, was insanely fast, and really good Mahjongg. 11 years later, I now live in Homewood, and of course no longer work for the owner of Yoe Express. The food at the Homewood location is still pretty good, though not as good as I remember it being back in the day. The prices have also gone up, mostly due to inflation though, however, the prices at the Hoover location were a bit higher than other chinese food restaurants in the area back then as well. Thier beef supplier is top notch, so any beef dish you order is going to be of very good quality. I still eat at Yoe once a month or so, mostly dinner, as the portions are larger. If they dropped their prices by , it would be easier on the budget, but the quality of the beef and vegetables would go down, so keep that in mind. Also, to the person who complained about their broccoli being crunchy… It’s supposed to be that way. They don’t cook all the nutrients out of it for one, and plus it adds a contrasting texture to some dishes they pair it with. Perhaps you just don’t like vegetables… or if you claim to, it’s only after all the healthy stuff gets cooked out of it.

Not Impressed/Too expensive. The food was very expensive, 7.09 for a lunch meal is crazy . My broccoli was hard, the food was so salty that I couldnt finish it. In fact, my head hurts. I will never return!!!!

Prices too high. My chicken was virtually all fat…and they put so much msg in the soup that I had a migraine for two days straight! Won’t be visiting here again.

To the rude one…. Dude taking orders over the phone is and ALWAYS has been extremely CURT and RUDE!!! Not just having a bad day…IT’S EVERYTIME I CALL!!! I understand you’re busy, man, but you need to go take some customer service classes…a lot of them!!! I like the food there, though…just never want to deal with him again.
