For what it is, it’s good. The wings are not great cuts of meat, but the menu is what it is…..bar food. The atmosphere is great and the drink selection is pretty good too, for a sports bar.
This place just kind of sucks. It really does. I still go here from time to time because I don’t have cable, and it’s a good way to watch a game. The wings are greasy and aren’t butchered well. Sometimes they put enough sauce on them and sometimes they don’t. This place is really inconsistent. The service is always bad. I’ve never had a good server. The appetizers taste like they have been frozen for way too long and then reheated in a microwave when you order them.
Worse managment ever seen….. This was on the night of the Super Bowl 2015 (one of the busiest days of the year) and I got WRONGLY accused by the GM for changing the channels. My friends and I have been coming to the Hoover Buffalo Wild wings for the past 7+ years as loyal customers and I have never been so ashamed and embarrassed here before. The GM just comes straight to our table with no hesitation and tells us we have to leave immediately without providing any explanation until I got in his face and told him why we were being kicked out. Then he says we have been changing the channels on the TVs which I didn’t know was possible until now. He caused a scene in front of everyone there. Then he had the audacity to dig through my phone in order to look for the app which is a breach of my privacy. I will not be going back there for quite some time even though I am a fan of their food.
Ate there today. Food and service was great! I felt the need to write a positive review because I know a lot of times the only time someone thinks to write a review is when they are unhappy about their dining experience. I can’t help but roll my eyes reading some of the reviews people have written about this place and others. I see people who say that they have eaten at BWW many times and had great service and say they are never coming back because of one minor incident such as food taking longer than expected or not being waited on within two seconds of sitting down. Guess what? People make mistakes! It happens. Please don’t try to pretend like you’ve never made a mistake before. Now rude employees, on the other hand, is not ok, but chances are servers who are being complained about won’t last long if management is good. And for those of you complaining about all the tv’s and the drinking.. It’s a sports bar!! What do you expect?? Anyway, I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to my friends.
Finally tried it. What a ripoff.. I had heard so much about this place and after receiving a $50 gift card, I finally decided to try it out. I took the family and dined there and I was not in the least impressed. The food was very expensive for what you get, it was luke-warm and tasted mediocre, at best. If I had to have actually paid out of pocket, I would have asked for my money back, it was that bad to us. We will NOT be back. My guess is that most people that go there are simply there to drink alcohol. There was plenty of that going on around us.

Sports Bar and draft specials. How can you go wrong when you set your expectations for $2 drafts, 25 cent wing night, loud tv everywhere you turn?Work your way to the back of the restaurant for the bar. Kid friendly seating is up front.Regarding the food, this bar food is good. Many sauces for the wings, boneless or flapping. Hot, scorching, call 911 heat, etc… One good option if you don’t want wings is their chicken wrap.This location is smoke free and usually carries live UFC fights, both of which I appreciate. Also, get to know the wait staff and bar staff. They’re GREAT and will remember you time after time with great service.
