Ate here today for lunch and loved it! Everything was delicious, will be going back. The only thing was that our server was very knowledgeable but he seemed to rush us. Excellent food though:)

Just left, was not good. My server was having a horrible afternoon (Sunday 3:30-5:00). Four different requests by me were not paid attention to. I caught attention of two other waiters, they were attentive and helpful. When I asked my waiter the size of the pasta in the shrimp/scallop lingune, he said, like a strawberry. Anyway I should have requested angel hair. The shrimp and scallops were soooo small. The pasta had a scimpy serving of sauce. No one on staff asked how the meal was, I would have told them. I now know why there were so few tables filled, I don’t think I’ll go back either

It was good…. Had lunch here with my husband on a Saturday. The sever was great, he was very attentive. The lasagne was kind of cold but the Alfredo and chicken Parmesan was great. I would visit again if I’m in the area.

The fall of carrabbas. Poorly ran by corporate fired the manager hired a manager let him go, then hired some cheap cut corner scheme to make a buck. this place will be sorely missed. Enjoy the food for the next week or so cause they going downhill fast. oh and dishwashers make the mash potatoes

Our favorite restaurant!. When we go on our date nights, this is our favorite restaurant! Service is always great, although we usually try to ask for our favorite server, Jasmine. Their food is always fresh and well prepared……nothing frozen and microwaved here! Their tomato basil soup is the best. Sometimes if we are especially hungry, we order the chicken zucchini flat bread as an appetizer. If you do go after 6 p.m. on a Friday, they will be pretty busy……but they do have call-ahead seating that cuts down on the time. Bottom line……if you want very tasty and fresh Italian cuisine, you can’t ask for better!

Birmingham Carrabba’s. We walked in and asked if we could eat outside because they said no tables were available. They said they had less wait staff and couldn’t do that. Why wouldn’t a popular restaurant put out a call to their employees to see if they’d like to make some extra $ working more shifts? We just came from the Talladeega Sat race and after waiting 5 minutes they said our table outside was ready. When we walked out another family was already seated. The problem was waiting for the ticket as we had a longer drive to make…..

Glutton for punishment. I must be a glutton for punishment because I actually tried this Carrabba’s three time over the course of the past four months. I was sorely disappointed all three times. While the service staff was good, the food was just plain bad. I tried different dishes each time and had a similar result. It always seemed overcooked and lacking flavor. The amazing thing is, each time I went, the restaurant was quite busy. The lack of quality food does not seem to have hurt their business. I can only surmise that either a lack of competition for Italian dining or compellingly deceptive marketing is in place. Nevertheless, experience will rule the day and I will never again step foot into this restaurant. I advise the same for anyone reading this review.
