Spicy Chicken Biscuit Failure. I love Chick Fil A and everything they have to offer, but the new spicy chicken biscuit is a huge mistake. I love spicy foods, but not this…not for breakfast! It is one of those items that is hot just for hotness’ sake…no distinctive flavor at all.
Awesome. I would say this is easily the best Chick-fil-A in the state!I go here all the time (100+ times) and have never experienced anything bad. Always good and fast, never messing up the order. The place is always very busy though. But they manage it so well.
Great Service. This CFA always seems insanely busy, but the staff is great with handling it – they have a traffic director at lunch to ensure there are no accidents, and the food is always ready by the time you get to the window. The few times we have eaten inside, we have also experienced great service. I much prefer this CFA to the one on 119.
Good Food, Service Needs Focus. This place is your average Chick-Fil-A. The food is as expected, good. This location is extremely busy. Some of the staff that work there cannot handle that, or are not trained well enough. I often have a problem with my order being wrong. If you visit, ensure you double-check your order before you leave. If my order was wrong, it was always fixed if I ensure to check it before I leave. Management has a good focus on customer service.
