Rude Management. I’m a Chipotle addict and frequent this location about 2-3 times a week. I mostly place my orders online and for the most part they get them right and they are ready when I arrive. Today I placed an order to be picked up at 1:45pm. I got stuck picking up something at Dollar General so I was 30 minutes late to pick up my order. So imagine my surprise when I found out my order wasn’t ready. The cashier Stephanie told me someone quit and she would explain to me why my order wasn’t ready once she cleared out the line. After about 10 minutes she then said my order was given to another customer. It’s really hard to believe that another customer got the same exact thing in their burrito and burrito bowl but I continued to wait. Finally she asked another guy on the line how to find my order since it had already been settled out. He showed her how to recall my order but still no one was making it. I asked to speak to Carlos the General Manager and he had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered from a manager. He was also very nonchalant about the situation. Even after he came out my and I told him what was wrong my order still wasn’t being made. He had to go down the line and tell them to make my order. I paid and got my food and went to car. But, I became angry at the way I was treated as a loyal customer. So I went back in and gave him my food and asked for a refund. I then went to the Hwy 280 location and they were very pleasant and the staff took great care of me.
Disappointment. We are used to fair portions, and friendly service. We were highly disappointed in both areas. The employees acted as if we were bothering them as they RUSHED us through (they were not that busy). The portions were extremely small and when we ate our food, it seems quite watery at the bottom of the bowls. We drove over twenty miles just to have a nice meal. We wont do it again, or at least not for a meal at chipotle.
Who doesn’t like Chipotle?
Really Good. There is not a lot a selection but what the burritos, tocos, and bowls are awesome. It is 10 times better than that place they call a restaurant ( Moes). Some of the best southwest I have ever had.
Good for our community!. Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hoover, AL was so awesome about donating $500-worth of burritos to our Mudbowl Ultimate Frisbee Tournament this past weekend! Proceeds from the event benefited Pathways, a nonprofit that provides services to homeless women and children in Birmingham. Because of their generosity, more money that was raised can be used to help homeless families get back on their feet. And it was a perfect lunch for 100 hungry players who came out to support the cause! Thank you Chipotle!
It sucked that there wasn’t many options. But my burrito still tasted pretty good.
Steak was rare, selection was poor, no specialty salsas like Moes and $1.80 extra for guacamole? Really?? I’ll go to Moes next time. This place is overrated.
