Food is seriously so good. Been around forever and the locals love it. Chicken basket is better than CFA and the club and burgers are good too. Ignore the remarks about bad customer service. The owner is a big Christian family man.
Chicken Finger NAZI. Worst place in Alabama for attitude. Rude to all that enters but his buddies. I’ll never go back! Food is not worth putting up with him.
Fred is rude, but the food is legit.. You guys who talk about the manager being rude…..I don’t go to food places to chit chat with the manager. The food here is great and that is just this guys personality. Go in this joint thinking like him and you won’t have any issues. Just have fun with him and shoot the bull right back with him. The portions here are plentiful and the food has always been good. You people who have an issue with him need to get over yourself. I love Fred’s and will keep going back!
Not worth the money or problems. I recently went to rude fred’s, I received poor service my sandwiches was missing tomatoes which i had to pay .50 per slice for. I payed over twice as much for the pleasure of being treated like carp. I will never go back and i hope you not either.
Owner Rude – Outrageous!. I love their food, dont get me wrong. but after the ***hole owner charged me $5 for a cup of coffee for my boss, and microwaved it at that, instead of starting a new pot (god forbid) i will never go there again,. not worth it.
Worst customer service ever!!!. I just left here today and I had the worst experience ever. I had never been here and decided to come in today since I was at the furniture store by. The guy who was at the cash register was the rudest person!!! I told him it was my first to and ask what the chicken basket consisted of and he barked back at me chicken fingers and fries. I had a second order for a coworker and I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich. He rudely says to me where do you see a grilled chicken sandwich on the menu. After that I was over it and asked for my refund back on my first order. He proceeds to tell me he can’t refund my money. I said well I don’t want to eat here I don’t want your food because you are rude. He ended up giving me my money out of the cash register but threw it to me. I will never go in this place ever again. I was not spending my hard earn money with someone who was so blatantly rude to customers.
