This is the second time that we have been at First Watch. First time was for breakfast with a large group . Food was good, but don’t try to special order potatoes. Waffles were light and fluffy. Today, we had lunch Chicken salad melt was great, slightly different from everyone else. Served with mixed green salad with light dressing. Service was excellent and friendly.

My hubby and I had heard some great buzz on this new restaurant. We came and ate a very late breakfast for us. Our Server was Presiliano, who was very attentive and helpful in our quizzing him about the menu. He quickly ascertained we are big water drinkers and brought us a carafe of water!! Kudos of his thoughtfulness!! I love waffles and the AB & J Waffle (almond butter and strawberry jelly) caught my eye. With it topped with fresh strawberries and the delicious housemade granola, this waffle went to Fabulous in a minute. Presiliano had warmed syrup at our table when the waffle came out. Such attention to detail was noted!!!I ihad their new Millionaire’s Bacon which both my husband and I were in rhapsody over. Also, I had a scrambled egg with cheese.which was delicious. My husband tried the Breakfast Tacos which had chorizo in it as well as eggs & cheese. He was indeed a happy man since I shared my breakfast along with his!!! Presiliano was the ideal server who made our breakfast experience complete!!! We can’t wait to introduce this restaurant to our friends!!
