Best Mexican food in the Inverness Hwy 280 area. Reasonably priced and large serving size. My wife and I have been eating here 2-3 times a month for over 10 years. Not fancy but almost always has seating and always great food.
Not only did the server not speak enough English to communicate what we were ordering….The service here was horrible… We had to ask for drink refills…The food was closer to room temperature than hot… And had very little flavor… We will not be returning…
One of the BEST restaurants i have been to in such a long time! Had mixed feelings about this place, but i came here last month for the first time, and i fell in love with the first bite! Food is great, service is okay, depending on the waiter! I havent stopped coming here since! Great place, food atmosphere! And the closest you will EVER get to authentic mexican food!
I love Mexican food, but I will not be returning to this place. The food was bland, my tortillas on the enchiladas were stale, the fajita beef had no flavor, taco meat was also flavorless, and to top it all off the service was crappy. When we left I told my boyfriend I would have preferred Taco Bell over Ixtapa. The only half redeeming quality was the salsa, which I poured over everything to give it a hint of flavor.
If you want poor service and microwaved canned food go here!
Love this place! Great margheritas and tasty food. Service is a bit lacking, but I will definitely return here! Really good!
