  Pretty typical burger/chicken finger restaurant, though they do have fresh oysters on the shell, fried or grilled. Decent beer selection. Service is a little less than average. Peanutbutter pie is good dessert choice.

  Good food and service. I love the food at jeffersons, and have never had a bad service experience. The only downside is the management of the place. There is an older lady that was yelling around the restaurant, at the servers and could be heard yelling from the back. This is the third time I have come in there and seen this kind of treatment to the wait staff. I said something to our waitress, as she looked frazzled and like she was going to cry. That was the last time I am going to take my family to that jeffersons.

  Disappointed In Quality Of The Food. We had Lunch around 2:00, diner was almost empty. We ordered fried mushrooms as an appetizer, but it never came. We didn’t even bother to mention it since our lunch had already arrived. French fries were frozen and dark??? Not very appetizing and they tasted freezer burned, we did not even get whole plump fries, just small ends and pieces like the bottom of the freezer bag. Reminded me of heated up fries from the burger joint the night before! We weren’t impressed considering fresh cut fries are cheap and easy to serve. Hope the OWNERS read this!! Philly cheesesteak sandwich was very disappointing… Menu listed with Cheedar cheese sauce???Waitress substituted prevalone which was more appetizing. The bread/meat ratio was way off. Too much bread or too little steak? No philly sauce or any mayo on sandwich so it was very dry, $7.99. We hadn’t been back in years, looks like NO improvements, last time we were there, our burgers were raw in the middle and the mushrooms were still frozen/cold in the center. Last time for us… Sorry folks!!

  Best Wings in Birmingham!. I decided to take my family last night for dinner. With 5 kids, I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive. When we walked in, I quickly felt at ease and we quickly found a table that easily accommodated us. We were quickly greeted by our waitress. We placed our drink order with everyone getting a soft drink and a beer for myself. The selection of on-tap beers was great with a nice range from watery crap to Fat Tire and Good People. We sampled some wing sauce before placing our order. It did take a few minuted for our order to be brought out, but everything was well prepared and fresh! The wings couldn’t have been more perfect – crispy with a nice coating of sauce. My wife had a burger and the kids ate typical kids menu items. I did try a bite of her burger and almost had a fight on my hands when I didn’t want to give it back. We placed a to-go order and it was perfectly timed to arrive as we were done and ready to pay our tab. We will be back as often as possible. Oh…. Free ice cream sandwiches for my kids. Way to make a dad happy!!!

  Jeffersons Hoover. Food was okay, but when you call for a to go order and they tell you it will be ready in 15 minutes expect 45 minutes

  Horrible. Dont eat there comparable to captainn d’s and mc donalds oysters were terrible fish way overcooked

  Awful service, food was cold. Managers or whoever they are were loud and rude to the servers. No sense in talking to anyone like that. The 2 mangers were arguing back and forth and even though they were in the kitchen me and my friends could hear every word. Would rather visit BWW
