Very Disappointing. I grew up eating Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, but after visiting the Hoover Location, I doubt I will go back again.There was a short Latino woman that asked if she could help me. I asked her to check with the manager to see if more chocolate could be added to the top of the Chocolate Creme filled doughnuts, since there was only a little bit of chocolate on the top. She said no and continued to place the doughnuts in a box. I stepped over to the nice lady at the cash register and asked to speak to the manager. He came over to see what I needed. He said yes, we can add more chocolate since the machine is running now. I told him about the short ladies attitude and asked that she not be allowed to assist me anymore. However, she proceeded to place the wrong type of doughnuts in a bag and mashed them down. I then let the manager know as soon as he walked back over to me again what she had just done.He was very nice and apologized for her rudeness.As he walked away, she muttered something about him under her breath… not anyone I would want working for me.Unless the management cleans house and gets rid of employees like her, I won’t be going back again.

Went there on a Tuesday morning at 10 AM. The bathrooms were dirty which to me is a sign of how clean the kitchen probably is. Bought the chocolate covered glazed doughnuts. Not as fresh or tasty as hoped since they come off the assembly line 10 feet from the cash register. The tile floors were also dirty in the dining area. Another chain that is disappointing.
Saturday 05/12/12. Not very good service today. In line for over 1 hour then they did not have blueberry donuts. K
Simply the best! (the one on 280 is not good the doughnuts do not tast the same and the employee was rude.)
