Very very good customer service. There was a mixup with the order, and even though it was closing time, Caleb made another pizza for us. It was very good and he has excellent people skills.
I’m a pizza freak!. I love pizza… You could take a piece of cardboard, paint a red circle on it and throw some melted cheese on it and call it pizza and I will try it. I have had A LOT of pizza. The pizza at Marco’s it some of the best I have had in Birmingham. If you want good pizza, and don’t want to get disappointed by lack of consistent quality then eat at Marco’s!
I have been to many locations statewide, but this location has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have had the pleasure of being serviced by a young man named Caleb. He deserves to be recognized by his above and beyond service. Thank you.
Surprise Surprise. We have eaten there many many times and only had one bad experience, the pizza delivery guy had dropped the pizza or something it was all piled up in the box but i talked to the manager and he gave us credit for the whole order which was clsoe to $40 bucks, try the sandwiches they are pretty good, we like it.
