Valentines 2014. I was surprised and pleased how quickly they worked us into the sushi area, even without a reservation. The service was excellent and the sushi was very fresh, some of the best I have had in this area of Bham. Even as crowded as it was on Valentines night our food came out quickly and was excellent. If you like hibachi grill it is always great here!
Will not return to this restaurant!! Owner/Manager was rude and treated my group terribly…My son picked this restaurant for his birthday dinner. My wife and I and my daughter and my son, his wife and his son joined us on Friday night, 1/24/14. Four of us arrived first and we told hostess we had a party of 6 and the last 2 would be there in a few minutes. She went ahead and sat us down at a table with 2 parties of two. These two parties advised us they had been waiting – one party 25 minutes and the other party 10 minutes. The manager began sending people to us asking when our other 2 would arrive. We were asked 4-5 times in about 5 minutes. We volunteered to go to another table and wait on our other two. The Manager/owner cane over and was extremely rude and blamed us for the entire delay. Our other 2 arrived in less than 5 more minutes. Our waitress, who was very friendly and attentive apologized to us over and over about the way we were treated. Then after were we all eating, the mgr/owner came to our table and asked the other groups how dinner was and was everything OK. She completely ignored us! There are 2 many restaurants in the area to go to that provide good service and appreciate my business to return to a place where I was treated poorly. The food was just average and I have eaten at many hibachi type restaurants and I would rate this one near the bottom in food quality. We probably would have given it another try if not for the rudeness.

Been going there since it opened,the mangers dont have a clue ,we go there at least once a week and the service has gotten worse every time.i will never go there again,the manager was rude and mean to my family,she was insulting and down right ugly to children and women,she will never get any money from us ever again to help pay her bills
So fun for our family!. We went in on the 4th of July and it was not crowded. Our kids got a great show, we all had really good food and the staff could not have been more attentive or sweeter. We loved it!
POOR SERVICE. Me & a coworker decided to eat lunch at MT FUJI – LEE BRANCH…. which was the first for both of us. We called the order in to be picked up, but when we got there the order was not ready, so we decided to ask for a menu to take with us. I should have have asked for my money back when she gave us the menu and the prices were change with a pen… so we asked why the prices were marked out and added back that way- she told us the it cost to much to order new ones so they fixed them like that. We get our food & was trying to check the order to make sure everything was there and it was raining and we didnt want to come back. She told us no need to check everything was there forks, napkins ect… but i guess she didnt want us to see the lunch we just bought would be enough for a small kid to eat. The portions were like a kids meal or we were sharing one meal and paid for two. On one meal we had chicken/steak the other meal had chicken/3 scallops- so no need for the price we paid. i called & explained why i was calling- her first response was the portions was right – i said we only have 10 cubes of chicken & 5 cubes of steak and the 3 scallops how was theat the right portion and for what we paid. thats when her tone and english got very bad- she then asked what i want her to do- i told her to make it right or refund me my money- she went on to say they dont do refunds and i had touch the food & it was to bad and the food was right – on top that she said it was nothing she could do about that. i told her this was my 1st & last time there & would tell everybody how the customer service was & not to eat there. So at that point she tells me to come right now to get my money- bring the food… i told her my lunch was over & would come when i got off… she told me come now to get my money and dont come back.. so i told her with your actions and tone i would take a loss and she was going to take loss shortly with those hand written menus and that great customer service they will be shut down…. and thanks have a great day.
The food is good but everyone who works there stares at me while I eat.
