Great service but unfortunately terrible food. We’ve been here many times in the past with no complaints to report. But today’s experience was just disappointing. Hopefully they’ll get back to what they used to be.
The service is horrible! And rude as all hell. The waitresses sat at the front of the store, on their phones. She wouldn’t even stop walking when coming by and asking us if we needed anything else.
The worst service ever. I went there on Monday 04/13/2015 with my Dad and Brother at night sit down and bartender gave us a menu.She left and keep talking with another customers for while she did not even came back and ask us if we need to order a food or drink after a long period of Time waiting we decided to leave. We were so dissapointed with this kind of service .I just never see this before .We decided to Go somewhere else.I live only 3 mins from on tap but I rather drive one hour for better service .She don’t need to there if she can’t help a customer .This was around 10pm a night. Hope you Guys will take care this Please. Thank You
The BEST Salads!!. I have had both the Cobb salad with grilled chicken and the Crispy chicken salad and they are both AMAZING! They are SO HUGE! I can NEVER finish it. Not on is it big, but the ingredients are so fresh! Fresh tomatoes, mushrooms! OMG! And the homemade dressings are to die for! Their blue cheese is the best! OK…I’m gonna have to get one for dinner tonight because my mouth is watering now!
Keeps getting worse…. I just picked up a to-go burger that I requested be well done. I could see pink after my first bite and am currently cooking it on my stove. Thanks a lot On Tap. I used to really like this place at the old location on 31…Galleria has always had slower service and iffy food. I will not be returning for a long time…
Good bartender, terrible waitresses. I literally only have good service there when I sit at the bar. I love the bartenders but the servers act like you are wasting their time as soon as you walk in the door and the hostesses cannot be bothered with you either, as they are constantly texting on their phones. if the bar is full, go somewhere else.
Add a salad. After reading all the bad reviews I decided to relate a bad experience I had. Everybody is right about the outrageous beer prices.. I don’t drink there. I ordered a hamburger and asked to add a salad(It says add a salad for .99). The mushroom swiss was pretty good and the salad was fine…Except the way they charged me. They charged me 1.99 for fries…The menu says add a salad not substitute. I asked for the manager. Some guy came over and told me that was the way it was…I told him I would take care of it with CC company…I stiffed the bartender and have not been back…Its always been Bob Baumhowers for me since!
