I normally eat out 6 days a week and normally come in on Sunday due to Roly Poly’s $5 Sunday deals. For the price, you can’t beat the deal. Service is good, minimal wait time if not busy, above avg. wait time if there are 5+ patrons in at the same time. A good plus is that it’s next to Edgar’s. 😉
This location seems to have a different manager/supervisor every few months. They don’t have a credit card machine and so they use their iPhones for people to pay, which makes several people uneasy. I have seen several employees smoking outside the restaurant which is very unpleasant if you’re trying to eat. Two in particular look dirty and sweaty and have never acted professional. I have stopped going there now. I used to love it.
Went on a Saturday night and the service was nothing short of pathetic. They forgot to put turkey on my turkey sandwich. When they tried to make the sandwich a second time they messed it up again! So I left having not eaten dinner. Money NOT well spent.
Worth the Wait. There’s usually a lengthy wait time in Roly Poly, but the reasonable prices and delicious wraps make it worth the wait. Every single wrap I’ve tried has been great! Filling lunch or dinner for around $5 (half combo). The service is usually nice as well. I just wish they’d open one close to where I live (Trussville). Maybe one day.
