Awful customer service tonight: we frequent this location often and everything is usually fine. Tonight however our order was short and when I called to see how to get it fixed I was treated like it was my problem. The girl on the phone was not helpful and then I was hung up on. When I finally got to talk to a manager after being hung up on again, I was told the employee said I cursed at her (not true). Again the manager acted as though their mistake was my problem. I’m not satisfied with the ending result of the night’s interactions. This location is usually on point but apparently when they make a mistake it becomes the customers problem.
Awesome, Cheap, Fast. Tons of options, cheap price, and delicious wraps. So many choices that you can literally eat whatever kind of food you are in the mood for, mexican (fajita wrap), American (buffalo wrap), or just a good deli wrap (Turkey). Guys are always really nice. My favorite lunch stop!
