Bad pre cooked food. Ordered a soup, calamari, salads and sushi. Nothing was fresh. Looked like we were eating someone’s left overs. I’m sure this place used to be great, judging by the location and the prices. Not anymore. Horrible food, worse than cheap take out. Dirty sticky floors, dirty tables, dirty bathrooms and smell. We couldn’t finish any of our dishes. Never going back.
We got the Chicken Hibachi, vegetables & rice. It was delicious! We also got a side of noodles and the flavor was good, just didn’t like the way they had cut the noodles length in half. We like them the original long length to twirl around the fork.
I was so disappointed today at Stix. It was our first date out without our child. I was really looking forward to a good meal. It didn’t happen. The food was way to salty. I couldn’t even eat it. I called the manager to complain and he gave me $5 off a $53 bill. Talk about insulted. I WILL NEVER EAT THETE AGAIN!! I didn’t need a discount just another meal cooked but of course the restaurant didn’t want to lose money, just a customer.
Ok sushi and ok hibachi. Nothing I’d go out of my way for. Definitely overpriced for the quality. This is a place to go if you want to spend a lot of money on a date but not care about the quality. It’s like the Olive Garden of sushi.
Used to be our favorite for 10 years, and we would eat there at least once a week..last time we went, they had been hit w greed…plates were downsized, charged extra for extra sauce, and charged for each refill…simply cannot justify this when Yuki is down the street with huge plates, free refills and free sauces plus much cleaner..Yuki teriyaki chicken is $11.99…give Yuki a try for all of those who felt as ripped off as I felt the last time I went!
I placed a to go order online and the site would not allow me check out but i could see items in my cart. after calling and speaking with someone to take my order (share plate , lettuce wraps, banana roll) total was 20 bucks. got there to pick up order and total was 40 bucks and there was sushi on the ticket. after going back and forth with the lady, t he host comes over and tells her what i ordered and she tells me that chicken can not be added to my rice on the share plate. it scomes with plain rice. i said thats fine I dont want the rice. I only got it because the online site would not let me orde the soup and sald seperatley. the lady puts the order in again and finally gets it correct. she throws the bag to me. I got to work and they had left all the food that was incorrect in the bag! poor service on the part of t he owner, may go back and try my luck again.
