I have visited this location only once. The smoothie was okay but nothing special to make you want to go back. I believe they serve sandwiches as well, this might be a good motive to try it again.
Food is great, but mine and my friend’s cards have been declined here multiple times when they had plenty of money on them. This was also the second time they have brought our smoothies out to us but forgotten about our food. After 20 minutes we said something and they realized they forgot it and then made it. Owner is fantastic but the service is not.
AWESOME smoothies and food. This is my absolute favorite lunch spot in Hoover. The service is great–fast and very accommodating–and the food rocks. My favorite is the island green (a drink with kale and spinach that you can’t even taste) because it makes me feel like I’m treating myself to both a salad and dessert at the same time. As far as food goes, I usually go with the Caribbean Luau (a jerk chicken flatbread) when I want something spicy or the hummus veggie when I’m in the mood for something meatless. All in all, this place is great for quick fresh food, and they’ve always taken my coupons. Even when they’re expired. Love it.
Beware coupons….owners wife will give you a lecture. I brought many to the place to get reamedu. Screw them I hope they fail
Yum. I don’t know much about their food, but their smoothies are the best around! I love the Paradise Pointe, and I appreciate that I can get it made with Splenda.
Best Smoothies in Town. My boyfriend and I have been regulars of TSC for years – it closed for a while and has reopened with new management and some renovation on the inside, and let me tell you, that has made a world of difference. We loved TSC to begin with (and we were willing to put up with bad service in years past for the yummy smoothies and wraps), but the new owners are some of the friendliest people around, and their staff reflects that. The food comes out faster and the orders are always correct. My boyfriend hates tomatoes and always orders sandwiches and wraps without them. With the previous owners, even though we were in once or twice a week, my boyfriend had to pick tomatoes off his wrap every time. The new staff gets his order right every time. The smoothies are definitely the best in town – much better than Planet Smoothie or Smoothie King. My favorites are Sunrise Sunset, Peaches N’ Silk, and Paradise Point, and my favorite wraps are Buffalo Chicken and Jamaican Jerk. I’m not a big fan of the flatbreads; I tend to stick to the wraps.
