Best wing place ever. This place like mentioned before is a hole in the wall id probably never notice. I have to say has the best wings ive ever had in my life. the owner is oriental but always gets my order correct and relays it back. polite but to the point. the sweet and spicy wings are my favs and I love that you can customize all drums or all wings. I live nearby and im glad. the philly cheese steak is delish but has banana peppers and such on it but is a delightful change. prices are amazing, im used to Wing Zone which is a expensive joke compared to this place (maybe im burned out). Wing-It def worth a try!
SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!. I like the wings from Wing It but I can purchase wings just as good at other locations. I am a regular customer of this establishment and frequently call in my order to pick up on my way home. On two occasions, I have been called about my order as someone was on the way to pick it up. The second time, I was HARASSED over the phone about the person who was on the way not being there to pick up the wings. When I told him that someone was on the way and should be there any minute, I was continually harassed by him saying to call or text the person and tell him to come pick up the order. I kept telling him they were on the way, but he continued to harass me about picking up my order. I will NEVER place another order here. I refuse to pay someone to harass me. When the person arrived to pick up the wings, he still complained to him about the pickup showing him the time the order was called in even though he was told someone was on the way. If he was concerned about the order not being picked up, when he called and I told him someone was on the way, that should have been sufficient. If the wings were ready in five minutes, then they could not have been freshly cooked. I know how long it takes to cook wings.
If you didn’t have an app, you probably would only know it was there by how flooded the parking lot gets close to the weekends, but this place is literally a treasure. The wing combo deal is by far the best bang for your buck and they will let you customize your wings (AND you can do all drums, flats, or mixed unlike most chains like BWW). The man at the front is always sweet and thorough, if not a little difficult to understand sometimes, but they truly go above and beyond. Taste is impeccable. Wings are not soggy, fried to a crisp, bland, or so slathered in sauce you can’t get a hold of them. A small location, but an incredible wing place and family owned business.
Not Bad. I stopped in to get some wings one day while I was picking up a pizza at the next door pizza place, and was pleasantly surprised. I have purchased wings from other wing places in Hoover but the wings here were cooked and seasoned perfectly and were a great price. Great bargain in my opinion and I currently bypass 2-3 wing spots to head here now!
