I used to go to Speedy Gonzales when it was at Fair Park in 5 Points West. It was always a favorite of mine. I can’t tell you how much the quality of their food has declined – actually, there is no comparison. Enchiladas were always a favorite, and the sopaipillas were to die for. Now everything tastes like it came from a can and is cold and stale. Speedy’s, please go back to the days of yesteryear and make your food great again!!
