Wings taste like they had been recooked – Kind of a nasty taste. I have been a frequent visitor to the Beauregard’s on Jordan Lane for 20 years and hated to see it closed. They had the best food and staff compared to the other locations. I visited the Beauregard’s just off of Highway 72 on Tuesday (13 Jan 15) and we ordered wings and they tasted really bad. They tasted like they had been cooked and then recooked. Nasty taste and not sure if the health department would approve of such preparation. We complained about the taste and was told they were trying something different. It is different alright, just taste bad and the meat was border line uncooked inside. They also have a bad smell like chicken that has gone bad. We were told that new management was trying to speed up the process and doing wings differently. Well, against my better judgment, my son who is from out of town always eats the wings and on Friday Night (16 Jan 15) we went again with an open mind and didn’t say anything about Tuesday so my son order wings, mild with ranch and he took 2 bites and said they didn’t taste like usual. We still didn’t say anything to him about our thoughts so he asked the waitress about the wings and she said they were trying something different and were pre-cooking the wings and then would cook them a 2nd time to try and speed up the food preparation. My son said to the waitress and the manager that the wings tasted undercooked and tasted old or border line rotten (his words). This was my same conclusion when I tried one of his wings. I didn’t order wings, I ordered a Chicken Sandwich which wasn’t as good as it use to be. It is unclear what new management is doing but running long time customesr off, especially customer’s who have eaten thousands of wings at Beauregard’s over 20 years and now such an abrupt change. Changing for the sake of changing will lead to customer’s leaving dissatisfied like us and it is a sad commentary on the Beauregard’s legacy that it soon will close because of the poor quality taste as a direct result of poor preparation. So sad to see you go, but we’ll find us another place to eat until you go back to cooking wings the right way or a new owner takes over. Very disappointed.

Slow Service. I stop by for late lunch 2pm waited 5min as employees walked by. I saw 4 customers. If it takes this long to seat me…… How long to feed me.

My wife and I went to the Airport Road location tonight the service was great as well was the food. Now $30.00 for two people to eat wings was not worth it. One dollar a wing come on that’s ridiculous. We will keep going to Bumhowars across the street.

Bad Service. I am a regular at the Airport Beauregard. They changed management and I notice a difference. They raised prices and their custormer service stinks. I ordered the regular wing special. It comes with 8 wings, fries, and tea. From the 8 wings, I got only one drum. If you order all drums or flats, they charge extra. So I asked, I only got 1 drum? Their response, sorry, it is random. I asked the manager and said you charge extra for all drums or flats so when I dont special order, I should get half of each. He said it is random. Never going back to the Airport Road Beauregard.

This place has reopened under new owners. The food and service are both great. Like the old days.

Do not eat the ribs. They were full of grissel and still had the membrane on them. They ran out of silver wear and only had plastic wear. The ribs were way over priced for what you got. I will not be back.
