Never been satisfied. I’ve been to several bearegard’s locations in the area, and I’ve never left feeling satisfied. The food is the best part but it’s a coin flip on quality–sometimes good, sometimes my wings are cold. The service is always bad. It’s always slow and there’s usually something wrong with a group member’s order. The last time I went with a big group only agreeing to go because I had just eaten something else. Service was awful as usual then my girlfriend went to use the bathroom and it had no toilet paper. She had Starbucks napkins in her purse. I imagine others weren’t so lucky.
Food was fresh and excellent. Took too long for my short lunch break tho.
Decent. Nothing special, but the wings are okay.
WORST SERVICE EVER!. I have never had such bad service in my life. The choices today was between zaxby’s and beauregards and from now on it will always be zaxby’s. Went in with my mother, my sister and her two boys and asked the waitress for another minute to decide on our order. After 15 or so minutes of watching her talk to a man at the bar I had to yell across the restaurant and ask for our order to be taken only for her to get smart with me. When our food finally came out (without plates or silverware) it was very skimpy. I asked for the manager and a man came out and all he said was sorry I will look at the camera and did absolutely nothing. Not only did we have a crappy waitress but that man had to be the worst manager ever I am more disappointed in him than I am with the waitress. I will NEVER eat at Beauregards again.
Last go for Beau’s….. Jordan Lane location. I wanted wings for lunch today. So, I decided to give my former favorite another chance. It’s been a few months and a new owner since I last ate there. I’m sad to say that I won’t be returning. The service was as slow as ever. The hostess stood staring at the seating chart for what seemed like a full minute before greeting us then flagged a server down to see if there were any clean tables in her area. There were plenty of open tables but they were all dirty and no one appeared to be concerned about cleaning them. The wait staff was openly complaining about their work. The food? It was OK, but for the prices charged I expect much better than OK. On a regular wing basket 3 of the wings were cold, not just lukewarm, they were COLD. After waiting for 30 minutes for wings (at a WING restaurant), the slow service, the poor attitude of the employees and the general feeling of the place being dirty and in disrepair I just can’t see myself ever returning to what was once a great lunch destination.
We saw the new owner’s comments and decided to give it a another shot. First impressions: nothing has changed. At 1:30pm on a Saturday the hostess had to find us a clean table among all the dirties. There were probably five other tables sat in the entire restaurant. The floor is still as unpleasantly sticky as ever. One staffer has his Bluetooth earpiece in, talking on his phone while working the bar. While we ate, waitstaff occasionally cleaned a table while the hostess stood at her station twirling her hair. The waitstaff mostly hung out socializing in the kitchen. The food and the service were adequate, but nothing to brag about. On a positive note, the new menu actually lists the upcharges for ordering your wings the way want them, instead of being surprised when the bill comes.29 Oct, 2011This location has gotten hit or miss over the last few years. They also have a policy of customer disservice on their wings; recently they added an upcharge for all flats or drums. Now they won’t do anything special on game days. Remind me what I’m paying for again?
Mediocre Food and Bad Service. Food was edible but that’s about it, barely considered ok pub food if I was sold that Beauregard’s was trying to be a pub. Service was terrible. Our waitress disappeared for over half an hour and we had to try to flag down some co-worker to find her to get our check. The only time the staff seemed to notice us was when we had on our coats but still standing at the table. Would not recommend this place.
