Great atmosphere – Bad Service. Saturday night with very little crowd, we got no service. When I say no service, I mean none. We were taken to our table, we were there over 15 minutes with tables around us getting served. No one ever came. We got up and left and told the hostess they need to fix their service. This is not the first service issue here. Better training is needed.

Easily Skipable. Plain, overpriced food. Manager and staff haven’t heard of customer service. 0/10 would not go back.

Sunday brunch Bloody Mary bar is kind of neat. It’s something different in a town without many brunch options.

SLOW. SLOW. SLOW. Went to BTR for the second time I have been there. It was lunch time during World Cup, when USA was playing Germany. Had reservations, like everyone else there. Ordered a Cuban Pannini with fries about 11:15am. The game ended right around 1pm and my sandwich had not arrived. Over an hour and a half and no sandwich! Are you kidding me? There were about half of our group of 20 that did not get their food in an hour and a half! Yes, it was World Cup. BUT they took reservations for everyone and they knew the headcount coming. Either they did not have the people or they just did not know how to handle it. Regardless, a restaurant has to know what it CAN do and what it CAN’T do. If you can handle a full crowd at lunch with a full menu, then you offer a limited menu and make it easy on yourself. You staff appropriately. Whatever! They knew for days they were going to be sold out for that time during that World Cup game. And they FAILED miserably.

The beer is great, but that’s where it ends. You can get good beer within minutes of walking in the front door, but if you want food, you will need a few hours. I’ve eaten there with and without reservations and it doesn’t matter: my dining experiences have taken 2 to 3 hours from walking in the door to closing out the check. And the food is mediocre at best. So if you’re meeting your friends for a beer after work, it’s a great place to go. But if you want to include a meal in your evening plans, go somewhere else.

Surprisingly good 🙂 Went t…. Surprisingly good :)Went to BTR several times over a year ago and never cared to go back. However, out of town guests wanted to try it so we 7 walked in on a Thursday about 7pm and got a big high top table near the bar. We all really enjoyed the beer AND the food. The service was very good as well, I beleive he said his name was Naben. We ordered the onion rings and potato chips as apps, both really good. I don’t normally eat fried, but splurged because of how good they were, especially with the Bad moon Ryesing IPA! Our table ordered several burgers w/fries, BLT’s w/fried egg on top, wings, Reuben, etc. I ordered the Veggi Stack….SO good. Portabello with roasted vegetables and fresh mozz. With orzo and a balsamic reduction. Killer! The food came out pretty quickly And was bought out mostly at the same time by several people. Everybody really enjoyed the food and I’m really looking forward to going again. Thanks BTR for having lots of vegetarian options and good beer! And good job on dessert too, Some sort of flour less choc. Pie and the lemon blueberry bread pudding were worth doing 🙂

Overpriced; poor service. I would not go back to this place. It is EXPENSIVE but the quality of food is mediocre. The waiter forgot on us and we had to search for him to pay! finally, he took our credit cards and return my check without the card – so i had to search for him again. very unprofessional.
