It looks like a real bbq place from the outside and the inside says it, too. However the bbq doesn’t fit the look. I guess I’ve had too much bbq in central Texas where it’s generally accepted that if you have to put sauce on the meat for it to taste like bbq, then it isn’t real bbq. I had their pulled pork plate. The meat was moist and quite lean and not over cooked. However without the sauce, the meat was nearly tasteless. Where is the smoke?
