Will not go back. Waited over an hour for our food. Three tables that got there after us got their god before us. When we asked for the manager TWICE they never came to speak to us. The lady that delivered our food set it down & asked of it was ours (she should’ve known!). When we asked if we were going to get some sort of compensation for waiting so long they gave us a whole $3 off, which made the ticket still $22 for two people. The previous owners ran the place so much better.
Food was average at best with little to no seasoning. Food took a while to come out and our server was nice but had too many tables so she barely paid attention to us. Overall not a good experience will not be back
Will Not Be Back. My family went here for dinner last night and were told by the server that they had just reopened and had a new menu. We were excited…Until the food came. The silverware has got to be the cheapest that WalMart had available. Was uncomfortable to even hold with the sharp edges. The baked potatoes were both hard as a rock. The cheese was barely melted on the grilled chicken and the plates were cheap melamine, perhaps out of a prison surplus sale. The atmosphere is nice, beautiful place inside, but I don’t understand why they went so cheap on plates and silverware. Food was average at best…Doesn’t match the atmosphere at all. We won’t be back.
Sat for 20 minutes outside as servers kept walking by. Finally went into the bar to order our beers. After receiving our beers sat back outside trying to flag a server. Finally got a server and ordered food. I ordered a Reuben which had 2 small slivers of meat. Not impressed
Middle of the road. Saturday night at Brickhouse was so so. The lady had a chicken wrap w/ fries and I had the burger w/ fries. Frozen patty with the burger, frozen chicken tenders, frozen fries. All in all – very mediocore. The atmosphere was nice. I will most likely return, but not for the food.
Beer prices are outrageous. I live close to this location and have been going there maybe twice a month. A little background on this place the service in the restaurant has always been slow and poor, the food is okay. Mike the bartender is the best, he is always on the ball and very friendly. Unfortunately the beer prices have gone up again and are outrageous for a place that calls itself a sports bar? $6.00 for a magic hat and $6.50 for straight to ale is ridiculous. How do they expect guests to be able to afford to sit down have a few beers and watch a whole game?
As on other visits I’ve made here the staff was not on the stand (8:25 pm). No one to seat me. Went to the bar and they were overwhelmed. Took awhile to get a drink. Got the drink (wine) and had to beg for water. Ordered. Food is good. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. I got the condiments from one if the tables – didn’t want to piss her off (server.#49 pm bar). Final word: Mgt needs to train people. Good place to watch games and get beer is about all you can say.
